Sheds, Outbuildings, and Structures
As you know, our neighborhood is protected by Covenants. These Covenants are intended to protect your property value and ensure a cohesive appearance to the community.
The neighborhood does not allow sheds. If you notice properties with sheds, they are either not formally in the neighborhood or have been grandfathered several years ago. Review Article XXII, Section 13 of the Covenants or contact the architecture committee for more information.
