Reminder about Pets
Leash your Pet
When walking with your pet, make sure it is either on a leash or under your direct control. Madison County does have a leash law, requiring all pets to remain on a leash while outside of your home.
Animal Waste
Also, please pick up after your dog and dispose of waste properly. It is your sole responsiblity to keep animal waste out of the common areas as well as neighbors property.
Excessive Barking
Barking dogs are considered a nusiance. Neighbors are encouraged to report repeated incidents so that the Board can enforce this Covenant.
