Mountain Brook of Madison

The community club house, pool, playgrounds, and tennis courts are located at 94 Clearbrook Ct. These facilities are available to Mountain Brook of Madison residents in good standing and their guests. The pool is usually opened around May of each year and closes in late August depending on weather. You must have a pool key to access the pool area. The tennis courts are to be used by residents and their guests. Residents must accompany guests at all times when utilitzing Mountain Brook of Madison facilities.

Renting the Clubhouse

Homewoners can rent the clubhouse for a $40/day usage fee and a $200 deposit. The $200 deposit is refundable after a satisfactory post-usage inspection. Residents using the clubhouse must complete a pre-rental AND post-party walk through with a board member to ensure the clubhouse is in the condition you found it.

Cleanup:
The post party cleanup which should include picking up and emptying the trash, sweeping all floor areas, cleaning counter tops, returning moved furniture to its original position, and turning off lights and ceiling fans.
